Return Policy

State of Kind accepts unopened/unused products purchased through www.mystateofkind.com within 30 days from the purchase date. If you purchased a State of Kind item from a retail partner, please contact the retailer directly. 

Contact hi@mystateofkind.com regarding your refund request; your email will receive a response within 1 business day. 

Shipping Policy

We offer free Priority shipping on all domestic purchases. 

Shipments are fulfilled Monday through Friday during normal business hours (Pacific Standard Time). All orders received after 11am PST will be fulfilled and shipped on the following business day. Once shipped, your order should arrive between 3-5 business days.

We do not ship internationally at this time, but please sign up for our newsletter and follow us on Instagram for announcements about expanded shipping.
